Warm Up

All workouts require a warm up to get your body ready to move, especially if you've been sitting all day! This short workout can be used prior to following along with our Bodyweight Blast Bootcamps or can be used on it's own to give yourself a short break with some movement throughout the day - it's just about 5 minutes! No equipment needed.
