Lower back stiff? You’re not alone! It’s all too common, and can lead to injury if you’re not careful. Listen to your body! When you feel discomfort ⚠️ take care of yourself ❤ and stretch. Follow along with @tim to help relax your muscles and keep these tips in mind: 

 

Go slow and ease into position. If you feel pain, back off a little 

 

Don’t forget to breathe, slow and steady

 

Hold for 30-60 seconds. Using a timer is helpful to make sure you’re holding long enough. 

 

Keep moving and avoid staying in one position for too long. Take movement breaks throughout your day to stretch and walk a little.
